Raised in a family of three competitive brothers, a surfing mom, and a champion power-lifter dad, I was destined for a lifetime of athletics and wellness. I played all sports and my free time was spent at the beach or on concrete basketball courts, the latter led to five knee surgeries and a crash course in sports medicine. Fully familiar with all the health issues of the past few years, I’m here to find you another path to strength, movement, mobility, and flexibility. Also, if your teen wants an intro to our gym, look no further! New to Portland, I co-parent an eight-year-old, Xavier, and a dog, Baccy, and I enjoy photography, exploring, and food!

Fit After 50
Make the best years of your life even better. In this program, you will gain a solid foundation for life-long fitness and exercise and confidence in using all areas of the fitness center. You can expect to develop greater flexibility, core strength and joint stability, which in turn will help with balance, coordination, and reduce the risk of injury. Along with a leaner, more toned look, you will also benefit from improved heart and lung function. Being Fit after 50 is not only good for your body, it's also good for your mind, mood, and memory.
Peak Fitness Challenge
Your own personal boot camp to reach your peak level of fitness. In this program, you will gain a solid foundation for life-long fitness and exercise and confidence in using all areas of the fitness center. You can expect an improvement in your multi-directional stability, strength and power. Along with an increase in lean muscle mass and improved cardiopulmonary endurance, you will gain a feeling of accomplishment and pride while achieving your peak level of fitness.
