I developed a zeal for fitness while playing football at Oregon State. I continued my fitness journey post-college, not only for the physical benefits but also the mental and spiritual benefits. I hope to share my passion for health and wellness with all of you to help us become the best version of ourselves. I use a unique movement-based approach to training, which is very engaging and dynamic, in order to get you to your fitness goals!

Your feeling of accomplishment and sense of pride will fuel your desire to maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle.
Fit After 50
Make the best years of your life even better. In this program, you will gain a solid foundation for life-long fitness and exercise and confidence in using all areas of the fitness center. You can expect to develop greater flexibility, core strength and joint stability, which in turn will help with balance, coordination, and reduce the risk of injury. Along with a leaner, more toned look, you will also benefit from improved heart and lung function. Being Fit after 50 is not only good for your body, it's also good for your mind, mood, and memory.
Peak Fitness Challenge
Your own personal boot camp to reach your peak level of fitness. In this program, you will gain a solid foundation for life-long fitness and exercise and confidence in using all areas of the fitness center. You can expect an improvement in your multi-directional stability, strength and power. Along with an increase in lean muscle mass and improved cardiopulmonary endurance, you will gain a feeling of accomplishment and pride while achieving your peak level of fitness.
