Philosophy
Health and fitness have been important to me since I was a teen, though it took a lot of learning to find a healthy way to approach them. Once I took my first group exercise class, I was hooked. I loved the way I felt physically and mentally, and I wanted to bring that same experience to others. My journey in leading others in fitness has evolved over the years but always focuses on the mind-body connection in strengthening and aligning the body to work at its best. It's equal parts sweating and shaking combined with standing taller and feeling great.

55-Minute Packages
Master - Semi-Private Pilates Reformer
Semi-private instruction from a certified Pilates Reformer instructor allows the instructor to dedicate more attention to each participant than small-group training. Use sessions to learn the fundamental Pilates principles or to focus on posture, spinal alignment, proper breathing, and position before progressing to a small-group class. Semi-private yoga packages are priced per person.
