Philosophy
Sydney has been a personal trainer for over 10 years and a massage therapist for over 6 years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from California State University, San Marcos, and went to East West College of the Healing Arts for massage. She has her Corrective Exercise Certification through NASM and earned her certification in the Barbell Rehab Method (BRM). Sydney has a Master's in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and offers nutrition services.
Sydney's objective is to promote whole-body healing by finding the root cause of the issue and helping to enhance your love for your body. She applies her knowledge of nutrition, massage modalities, personal training, sports, and injuries to restore function, mobility, and balance back to your body.

Peak Fitness Challenge
Your own personal boot camp to reach your peak level of fitness. In this program, you will gain a solid foundation for life-long fitness and exercise and confidence in using all areas of the fitness center.
