55-MINUTE SESSIONS
Semi-Private Pilates Reformer - Premier
Semi-private instruction from a certified Pilates Reformer instructor allows the instructor to dedicate more attention to each participant than small-group training. Use sessions to learn the fundamental Pilates principles or to focus on posture, spinal alignment, proper breathing, and position before progressing to a small-group class. Semi-private packages are priced per person.
