What are your operating hours for VillaKids?



Monday - Friday

8:15am - 10:15am

10:45am - 12:45pm

1:15pm - 3:15pm

12:00pm - 2:00pm

We will close every 2 hours for 30 minutes to clean and disinfect


Does my child need an active membership to use Villakids?
Yes, your child needs to have an active membership to use VillaKids.

Will I have to make a reservation to drop my kid off at VillaKids?
Yes. Reservations are required and are limited. You can make a reservation on our website here. We have limited spots open, depending on the age of your child.

What happens if I reserve a spot and do not show up?
Please click “Reserve+” only if you know you will attend. If you reserve a spot and your child does not attend, you may lose your privilege to register for 7 days. Cancellation must be received by 5:00pm the day prior to the scheduled reservation. To cancel your reservation, please [click here].

Can I drop my child off at any time during my 2 hour reservation?
Yes, you may. But the 2 hour time limit starts at the reservation time, not the time you drop your child off. 

How are you able to social distance in a childcare setting?
We will be following these guidelines:

  • Ages groups will be limited in size.
  • Groups will be in separate areas of VillaKids, such as staggered playground times and special activities like art & music.
  • Carpet squares, mats, or other visuals will be used to help kids with spacing.
  • Tables with name cards may also be used to adequately space kids.

How will drop off and pick up work?
We ask that parents and guardians stay in the lobby area, and our associates will escort your child out to you. While waiting in line for check in/check out, we ask that you follow social distancing and remain 6 ft apart.  

Will my child have to wear a face covering or mask?
No, face coverings or masks are only encouraged of members, but we will require of employees.

Will my child have to wear gloves?
No, your child is not required to wear gloves while in VillaKids, but we will require employees.

Can we bring personal items?
Yes, but please limit items to jackets/sweaters, and other essential items. All items must be labeled and kept in a separate bag. Toys, reusable water bottles and other non-essential items must be left home until further notice.

Can I bring my own hand sanitizer?
Individual hand sanitizer is allowed if separately labeled, but sanitizing stations/wipes will be provided throughout the area, and kids will be washing hands with soap & water frequently.

What is your sick policy for kids?
All sick kids, regardless of the nature of the sickness, are not permitted at camp, including kids with a temperature of 100.0 degrees or higher.

Are you taking temperature checks?
All parents are required to check their child’s temperature and monitor for other symptoms before camp each day.

What is your sick policy for employees?
All sick employees, regardless of the nature of the sickness, are not permitted to work, including employees with a temperature of 100.0 degrees or higher.

How often do you clean?
Staff will be frequently cleaning & disinfecting high use items such as tables, chairs, handles, sinks, and restrooms, as well as shared toys, supplies, and equipment, including  at the end of the day.

What chemicals do you use to clean?
We use a safe mixture of bleach and water per state or local orders and guidance for daycare settings and that has been approved for use with SARS-CoV2. We have removed smaller toys and difficult to clean items from our spaces and closed down equipment that is difficult to disinfect.
