The Woodlands Employee Highlight: Stephanie Waters

On October 19 was my first year anniversary in VillaSport as a Fitness Advisor and Group Ex instructor. I am originally from Northern California, but my Dad was raised in the Houston area, so in a way, I'm returning to my roots. I am very happy to be here - love the weather and my 40's have been the best years of my life, by far!

My favorite workout is anything which includes kettlebells, medicine balls and planks.

What I love about VillaSport are the people - our members and staff are some of the nicest people around. I especially enjoy the diversity: I have clients from all over the world with really interesting backgrounds and experiences.

I got a motorcycle this year, one client suggested it was my midlife crisis. I say that if this is what a midlife crisis looks like, then I highly recommend it!
