For this week's Foodie Friday, we want to share with you one of our favorite post-workout smoothie recipes, so you can continue to crush all your fitness goals while working out at home!

By supporting a healthy diet, you are giving your body the energy and fuel it needs to not only improve your recovery time, but also help you perform at your best. Smoothies are among the best post-workout options because they are packed with nutrients and vitamins to keep your immune system strong.

Green Goddess Smoothie
Ready in 10 minutes
Makes 1 - 16oz smoothie

- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 scoop pea protein
- 1 cup spinach
- Ice as needed
- Pour the almond and coconut milk into a blender
- Add banana, almond butter, protein, and spinach
- Blend until smooth - 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Add ice as needed
- Pour into a cup and enjoy
