Membership FAQ

Do you know when the club will re-open?

We will reopen as soon as local and state governments remove all restrictions and provide the green light for athletic clubs to resume operations.

Based on directives from governmental authorities pertaining to COVID-19, the club will remain temporarily closed until we are cleared to reopen. We will communicate regularly with you throughout this period and will update you with a reopening date as soon as it is determined.

YOUR MEMBERSHIP DUES:

You have two great options for handling your membership while our club is temporarily closed.

OPTION #1: EARN 125% OF YOUR DUES VALUE ON A GIFT CARD

You may choose to remain an active member and pay monthly dues while the club is closed. If you do so, you will receive 125% of your monthly dues back (for the pro-rated amount of dues paid during our closure) in the form of a VillaSport gift card when we reopen.

Note: The gift card you will receive is valid for use toward the purchase of programs and services at the club. The gift card is not transferable, not refundable and may not be used toward monthly dues, and will expire one year from the reopening date of the club.

TO REMAIN AN ACTIVE MEMBER, YOU DO NOT NEED TO TAKE FURTHER ACTION.

OPTION #2: FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP

You may choose to place your membership on a temporary freeze to suspend your dues for the time we are closed. When we reopen, your membership will be reactivated.

If you choose to place your membership on a temporary freeze, you will be issued a credit for dues paid during the temporary club closure period. This dues credit will be applied toward future dues when the club reopens.

TO TEMPORARILY FREEZE YOUR MEMBERSHIP, PLEASE CONTACT THE CLUB TODAY.
