Brian was born and raised in San Jose, Ca. Growing up, he played football, baseball, and basketball, but his favorite was always soccer. Sports and fitness have always been a huge part of his life. His experiences in life have led him to working in public, private, and corporate wellness and fitness industries. Brian looks forwarding to helping people achieve their wellness and health goals as our Fitness Director.
In his off time, Brian enjoys working out, going to the beach, hiking, watching and playing soccer, playing golf, and spending time outdoors. He also enjoys good food and spending time with his wife, two daughters, and their cats.
