Originally from Greenville, North Carolina, and raised in Maryland, O'Shea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a double major in management and marketing from Albright College in Reading, PA. O'Shea's journey led him to become the Fitness Director at Cypress, following several years of experience in multiple gyms. He has held roles as a Club and Training Manager at Planet Fitness, an Operations Manager at Crunch Fitness, and even served as an Ambassador at our very own VillaSport.
Outside of work, O'Shea enjoys writing, quality family time, pickleball, and, of course, working out. He is truly passionate about assisting people and providing exceptional customer service. His drive lies in building strong relationships and consistently exceeding the expectations of each member and guest. His commitment to exceptional service has been evident throughout his career, marked by diverse roles aimed at creating outstanding experiences for all members at VillaSport.
