Philosophy
There is nothing more I love than to be a part of the VillaSport Group Ex community. I have had many personal, physical, and emotional battles in life, but fitness has always been a constant to clear my mind and also has made me stronger emotionally and physically. I spent 13 years in the corporate world and yoga was my saving grace through the stress, long hours, and demanding schedules my career required. Since it helped me so much, I decided I wanted to spread the love and teach.
I want to spread my love for yoga and barre to everyone I meet. I am a walking example that through faith, breath, and slowing down, your health and outlook on life can change for the better. I love to spend time with my family and friends, workout, stay constant with my faith, travel, cook, and watch reality television. I have also completed numerous 5/10ks, a triathlon, and a marathon.
