Philosophy
Born and raised in Sweden, I have always loved Group Exercise classes. From the first opportunity, I had to join a group exercise class as a member at a Swedish gym, I was hooked. The fun, positive energy an instructor can bring to the class during a workout is amazing. After several years of taking classes in both Sweden and United States, I decided to become a certified instructor. It has been very rewarding. I absolutely love what I do.
