If you want to learn how to eat in a way that helps you reach your ideal weight and maintain it for life, try our NEW Small-Group Nutrition Boot Camp. In just eight sessions, you will master our nutrition principles and achieve optimal health, weight loss and lifelong eating habits.

Each session is offered twice a week for two consecutive weeks (Tuesdays, 6:30pm - 7:30pm; Saturdays, 10:00am - 11:00am), so there are plenty of opportunities to catch a session. The sessions are sequential and build on each other, so we recommend attending all eight for the maximum benefit. Each session includes action items and self-reflection homework to encourage you to practice at home.

Here is a rundown of each session:

Hydration and Nutrient Status

We will start by answering your biggest questions regarding hydration and nutrients. Are you drinking enough water to lose body fat? How much should you drink and why? Are multi-vitamins and supplements necessary?

Learning the Lingo

Food labels are often confusing and overwhelming. After this session, you will be a pro at reading and understanding labels and identifying the sneaky labeling tricks used to derail your diet. You will also learn about fad diets like keto and intermittent fasting. 

Stress and Sleep Management

Stress can take an immense toll on us both mentally and physically. Here, you will learn how to ease stress, sleep better, and get fitness results.

Prioritizing Protein

Are beans a protein or a carb? What about avocados and peanut butter? We will touch on myths about protein, how, when and why to eat it and how much you really need.

Carbohydrate Conundrum

Taking bread out of a diet sounds devastating. What if we told you that you don’t have to? Learn how to manage carbs in a healthy way without having to completely eliminate them.

Fiber and Vegetables

Why is fiber a big deal? We will discuss tips and recipes for vegetables that actually taste good and increase fiber intake.

Eating Mindfully

Have you ever found yourself snacking on something at work and realized you are only eating to pass time? This session will help you develop conscious eating habits and learn how to change these habits long-term.

Partying with a Purpose

Parties, holidays and happy hours are where diets are lost, never to be found again. Learn real-life strategies to help you overcome this travesty. We will go over recipes and healthy alcohol options so you can survive the holidays.
