Courtney joined the VillaSport team in 2014 as a VillaKids Associate. She quickly grew with the company in many roles, most recently spending a year travelling across multiple VillaSports to participate in leadership training, develop front-line teams, and learn more about the company as a whole. Through her time at VillaSport, Courtney has built many relationships while experiencing the club herself. You can always find her taking group ex classes, leading a craft with the kids, or walking members out to their cars. VillaSport is her home away from home.
Courtney received her Bachelors degree in Fine Arts at Oregon State University and is eager to put her creativity, hard work, and customer service experience to the test in her role as Member Experience Director.
