Denise joined the VillaSport Family in March of 2019 in the capacity of Group Exercise Director. She comes to us with over 15 years in the fitness industry, as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, indoor/outdoor boot camp facility owner, and seven years as fitness manager at Oracle, where she grew the fitness facility and built lasting relationships. Her hard work and dedication to VillaSport created a phenomenal group exercise team which delivers a 5 Star Experience and truly embodies the VillaSport culture where fitness, family and community all come together. After months of pre-opening preparation, a beyond successful grand opening and almost a year of driving the Group Exercise program to success, Denise was promoted to Assistant General Manager. She looks forward to getting to know all of the amazing members that create the VillaSport community and will work to inspire everyone she meets to live a healthy lifestyle.

Denise is committed to living a healthy lifestyle which consists of exercise, and healthy eating with a true passion for running. Running relieves her stress and keeps her balanced but has also been used to fulfill the competitive side of her, as she has competed in several 5 and 10K’s, half marathons and a full marathon in Colorado where she lived for 15 years. Her other passion is her family, she loves spending time with her husband and two daughters enjoying everything from a hike on a local trail, a day trip to the ocean or a weekend in Tahoe, family time, to her, is priceless. Being a native to California, she knows that VillaSport Roseville’s strong community is where she belongs. Her goal is to ensure that every member and guest knows that our Club is their home away from home.
