Our Mind and Body Studio hosts yoga, barre and Pilates-based classes suited for all fitness levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates, an experienced yogi or just looking for a calming workout, our mind and body classes will gently work every muscle and emotion as you become more centered, flexible and fit.
