“Day-use” lockers are available to all Villa Sport members free of charge during the duration of their visit to the club. “Private lockers” are available in the women's and men's locker rooms. “Express lockers” are also available for rent on the 2^nd floor of the club.

Private lockers feature a programmable combination lock to help keep your personal belongings secure.

RENTAL AGREEMENT

By checking the terms below, you agree you understand this Agreement and accept all of its terms.

The initial rental term is 30 days. Upon expiration of the initial 30 day term, this Agreement shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless terminated by the Member, or until the membership is cancelled. The rental fee shall be included on the Member’s monthly statement and payable in the same manner as all other club charges incurred. If the Member terminates his/her membership during the first 7 days of membership and is eligible for a refund of enrollment fees and monthly dues, then locker rental fees will also be refunded. After the first 7 days of membership, the Member shall remain liable to pay the monthly rental fee under this Agreement until it is terminated.

Villa Sport reserves the right, in its sole discretion and upon reasonable notice to the Member, to modify or terminate this Agreement at any time. After the initial 30 day term, the Member may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice using a Membership Change Form and submitting it to Member Services. Upon voluntary termination of the private locker rental, the member will have access to the locker for an additional 30 days from the day the Membership Change Form was received. The prorated portion of the private locker rental will be added to their monthly statement as usual. The member will not be provided a credit or refund for an unused portion of a rental period.

If the Member is approved for a membership “Freeze” and if the initial 30 day term is fulfilled, the Member may terminate the Agreement and relinquish the rental locker or elect to continue to pay the locker rental fee to ensure that the same locker is available upon the Members return to active status. If the Freeze is to occur during the initial 30 day term, the monthly rental locker fee will continue to be billed as defined in the Agreement and the rental locker will be available to the member upon return to an active member status. If the member elects to relinquish the rental locker during a Freeze, the member will not be provided a credit for the unused portion of that month.

Valuables should not be stored in reserved lockers. Villa Sport shall not be responsible for any loss of or damage to personal property arising out of the use of any locker. Members and guests are urged to use discretion when placing items inside lockers, and to maintain situational awareness during their use of the locker.
