What is Villa Sport Fitness?
Villa Sport Fitness in Pleasanton is a modern, state-of-the-art facility for fitness enthusiasts who enjoy luxurious amenities in a relaxed setting that cultivates friendship and connection. How do members and guests check into the club?
Through the Villa Sport mobile app, members access a digital barcode to scan to enter the club. Guests must visit the Member Services desk and register prior to check in.
What is needed for my child or children to access Kids Club?
Click to view information on Kids Club, including adding a child to your account and completing the Youth Admission Form. Kids Club is a separate and secure space within Villa Sport that is exclusive to members with children ages 6 weeks to 11 years. Each session in Kids Club includes 2 hours of care per day. Reservations are required.
When will membership dues and other charges be billed?
Members who enrolled during the pre-opening period will have their memberships activated for use when the club opens on February 29. The dues rate is based on the membership type selected by the new member at the time of enrollment.
On February 29, monthly membership dues will be charged for the period of February 29 through March 1. Dues for the March membership period will be charged on March 2 and the second day of each month thereafter. Charges will be made to the member's payment information on file (bank draft, credit, or debit card).
When will the Annual Fee be charged?
The annual facility fee ($49) will be billed to members after 60 days of membership. For members who joined on or before the club's opening date, the annual facility fee will be charged along with the May dues billing on May 2 (and on this same date for each year thereafter).
What are the club's standard hours of operation?
The club is open seven days a week. Click for the current Hours of Operation. Note that club hours may vary on certain holidays or during special club events.
Do I have to be a member to use the club?
Villa Sport is a private club for use primarily by its members and guests. Guests may use the club for the day by purchasing a Day Pass.
VIP waitlist: When will I be notified about an opportunity to upgrade my membership to VIP?
VIP members receive additional benefits, including access to recovery services at the club. Members who have joined the VIP waitlist will be notified of their opportunity to upgrade to VIP as space becomes available.
How do I get more information about club membership?
Visit the club or call 925-489-0120 and ask to speak to a club Ambassador. The club is located at 5341 Owens Court in Pleasanton.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
All Villa Sport memberships are month-to-month.
Membership Fees: What does it cost to join the club?
To join the club, we require all members to pay an enrollment fee, a pro-rated portion of their monthly dues for the first month of their membership, and an annual facility fee. For the actual cost, please contact a club Ambassador.
Is my enrollment fee refundable?
New members have 7 days from their join date to receive a refund of their enrollment fee and prepaid monthly dues.
Can members bring a guest to the club?
Villa Sport allows members to bring guests. Please see the Club Rules and Guest and Administrative Fees to learn more.
If needed, can I temporarily freeze or cancel my membership?
Yes, members may freeze their active membership for a minimum of one month or cancel their membership with 30 days notice. For more information, click here.
