DO NOT USE IF TEMPERATURE IS BELOW 32°
Shower before entering
No lotions or oils
Do not use within 2 weeks of coloring hair (excludes blonde or highlights) or 6 days of spray tanning
Dry swimwear required
Long exposure may result in hypothermia, nausea, dizziness, or fainting
Restrict usage of this equipment to once per day
