I believe exercise should be viewed as a training session. You are always training to be stronger, faster, and healthier. I LOVE teaching group exercise classes because participants feel the energy around them. Every time you choose to train, you are making a conscious choice to improve your physical, mental, and emotional health. It is always worth the investment and hard work pays off.
